Stalwart Career Institute is a service provider in the field of education. It respects the legitimate rights of copyright owners and individuals, and has adopted an efficient notice and takedown procedure as described herein. This policy is intended to guide and encourage copyright owners and individuals in utilizing that procedure.

Stalwart Career Institute has posted various videos, images, and study material on its website at https://www.stalwartcareers.com and on other Social Media Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. These videos, images, and study material are freely available on YouTube, Google Images, Google Search, and other websites where free downloads are available. It is stated that said videos, images, and study material have been uploaded on YouTube, Website, Social Media Platforms etc. with the motive of further dissemination. Stalwart Career Institute does not claim any copyrights in said videos, images, and study material, and the same have been used for non-commercial, educational purposes.

Stalwart Career Institute abides by The Copyright Act, 1957 and the Copyright Rules amended to 2013, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008) and Rules framed thereunder. As part of this, Stalwart Career Institute may respond to written notifications of alleged infringement by legitimate copyright holders by removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material residing on our website, YouTube Channel, and other Social Media Platforms.

A. Copyright Infringement Complaints

To submit a copyright infringement notification to Stalwart Career Institute, send a written communication to us at Stalwart Career Institute, The Giriraj, Bhawarkua, Indore, MP, 452001 and/or send an email to info@stalwartcareers.com, and provide the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
• Identification of the specific material that is claimed as infringing and information sufficient to permit Stalwart Career Institute to locate that material on our websites (providing a URL is the best way to help us locate the content quickly);
• Substantial proof that the said content, video, image, etc. is actually copyrighted (for example: a copyright certificate);
• A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or by law;
• If you are not the copyright owner, a description of your relationship to the copyright;
• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number; and
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

B. Personal Image and Likeness Complaints

If you believe that your personal photograph or likeness has been used in any of our materials without your authorization, you may submit a written request for its removal. To enable us to review and act on your request, please provide the following:

• Your full name and valid government-issued identity proof confirming that you are the individual depicted in the content;
• Identification of the specific image, along with the URL or platform where it appears;
• A clear statement that you are the individual depicted and that you have not authorized the use of your image;
• A statement that the information provided in the notice is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete request, Stalwart Career Institute will review the complaint and, where appropriate, take prompt action. Please note that incomplete requests or those lacking sufficient identification may not be processed.

C. General

It is stated that all users of any part of Stalwart Career Institute will comply with applicable laws. However, if Stalwart Career Institute is notified of claimed infringement or unauthorized use, or otherwise becomes aware of facts and circumstances from which such use is apparent, it will respond expeditiously by removing or disabling access to the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of an unauthorized use.
