Stalwart Career Institute

Terms and Conditions

Applicability

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Stalwart Career Institute (“the Institute”) and every student, parent, guardian, or user (“you” / “the student”) who enrols with, registers under, or avails any programme or service offered by the Institute — including but not limited to Classroom Courses, Online Courses, Test Series, Correspondence Courses, or any other educational product or service, whether delivered in person, digitally, or through any combination thereof.

By completing enrolment or registration with Stalwart Career Institute under any programme or service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply from the date of enrolment and continue to apply for the full duration of your association with the Institute.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you can choose not to enrol with or avail any service of Stalwart Career Institute.

Stalwart Career Institute reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued association with or use of the Institute’s services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Registration and User Account
  • All students must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of enrolment. Any subsequent change in personal details — including name, contact number, or email address — must be communicated to the Institute promptly.
  • If any information provided is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Stalwart Career Institute reserves the right to cancel enrolment, suspend or terminate portal access, and refuse any current or future services without any obligation of refund.
  • Where portal access is provided as part of any programme, the student will be issued a User ID and password. The student is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and must not share them with any other person. Stalwart Career Institute reserves the right to terminate access immediately upon detection of credential sharing, without any refund of fees.
  • Students enrolled under any programme must provide a copy of their Admit Card for any Entrance or Competitive Examination as soon as it is received from the examining body.
  • Photograph and Publicity Consent: By enrolling with Stalwart Career Institute under any programme or service, the student — and the parent/guardian in the case of a student who is a minor — explicitly and irrevocably consents to the Institute collecting, storing, and using the student’s photograph, name, testimonial, score, rank, and academic achievements for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes. Such use may be across any medium, including but not limited to the Institute’s website, social media platforms, print advertisements, hoardings, brochures, and banners, without any further permission or compensation being required.
  • A student or parent/guardian who does not wish to grant the above consent must communicate their objection in writing to info@stalwartcareers.com prior to or at the time of enrolment. Enrolment without such written objection shall constitute unconditional consent as described above.
2. Fees, Charges, and Refund Policy
  • Fee Refund: Once fees have been paid, no refund shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
  • Once a student has registered for a course, the course cannot be changed. If a student wishes to avail of another course, the full fee for that course must be paid separately.
  • If fees are being paid in instalments, the first instalment must be paid at the time of registration. The course will commence only after receipt of the first instalment.
  • If the tuition fee is not paid in a lump sum, submission of Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs) is mandatory. If PDCs are not submitted or are dishonoured, a late fee of Rs. 100 per day shall be charged on the overdue instalment. Instalments with late fees will be accepted only up to the end of the respective month, failing which the student’s name will be struck off the rolls.
  • In case a cheque is dishonoured for any reason whatsoever, a penalty of Rs. 500 shall be charged separately in addition to the fee instalment.
  • If a student does not pay fees by the due date mentioned on the fee receipt, he/she shall be stopped from attending classes. It is in the best interest of students and parents to deposit fees on the due dates.
3. Online Course Content and Access
  • The description of available Online Courses on the website https://www.stalwartcareers.com/ and/or in course brochures sets out the contents of each course. No additional course materials or tuition beyond what is described will be provided.
  • Access to an Online Course is personal to the registered user. It may not be shared, transferred, or provided to any other person unless expressly agreed to in writing by Stalwart Career Institute. If a student is found sharing access, Stalwart Career Institute reserves the right to terminate course access immediately without any refund of fees.
  • Stalwart Career Institute operates a zero-tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour by students or parents. Abusive or violent behaviour directed at staff, faculty, or other students, and any unfair or dishonest practices, will not be tolerated. Stalwart Career Institute may, at its discretion, revoke a student’s course access without liability or obligation to refund any fees.
  • Stalwart Career Institute reserves the right to monitor IP addresses used to access course materials. If a student is found to be in breach of access rules, Stalwart Career Institute may terminate access without any refund and may initiate appropriate legal action.
  • Stalwart Career Institute may, from time to time, make modifications or enhancements to Online Courses. Such changes will be accessible free of charge only to the extent that they relate to the purchased course and within the validity of the student’s access.
  • Purchase of a current Online Course does not entitle the student to access future revised or updated courses.
  • Video lectures are delivered in a mix of English and Hindi for the comfort of students across the country. Other course content (reading material, mock tests, etc.) is in English.
  • If a student loses or misplaces printed study material, a duplicate set of books may be obtained upon payment of Rs. 150 per book.
4. Student Conduct and Disciplinary Policy
  • Stalwart Career Institute maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of misconduct, indiscipline, or inappropriate behaviour by students or their parents/guardians — whether directed at Institute staff, faculty, or fellow students, whether in person or through any digital medium.
  • The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrolment — across any programme — on grounds of misconduct, persistent indiscipline, irregular attendance, or non-compliance with Institute policies. The decision of the Management in all such matters shall be final and binding. No fee or any part thereof shall be refunded in such cases.
  • Stalwart Career Institute reserves the right to make alterations to its programmes, course structure, venue, faculty, timings, or schedule at any time without prior notice. The decision of the Management in such matters shall be final and binding on the student and parent/guardian.

Stalwart Career Institute cannot guarantee resolution of issues arising from the student’s hardware, software, or settings.

  • Stalwart Career Institute shall not be held responsible for any delay or disruption to course access resulting from: the operation of the internet; firewall restrictions on the student’s network or device; failures of telecommunications links or equipment; or updated browser compatibility issues.

Stalwart Career Institute accepts no responsibility if an admission form is not forwarded or is rejected by the examining body on any ground. No refund of fees shall be claimed in such cases.
  • The responsibility of submitting admission forms to the examining body rests with the student/user or their parents/guardian.
