• Handling doubts pertaining to the content taught in the class.
• Fresh Content Development and Proof Reading.
• Mentoring of students in accordance with the mission & vision at Stalwart.
• Material Enhancement.
• Constant Feedback to Student on his/her performance.
• To teach with passion and enthusiasm with the primary aim of achieving the targeted score of the students.
• Preparing study materials for students with interactive sessions and practical learning.
• Should have the ability to think out of the box and create new techniques to improve the performances of the students.
• Conducting workshop, seminars and in-house events on the regular basis.

• Conducting sessions for Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension and English for CAT, CMAT, IPMAT, CUET and Campus Placement students.

• Helping students develop strong reading, comprehension, vocabulary, grammar and verbal reasoning skills.

• Addressing student doubts and providing individual guidance wherever required.

• Developing, reviewing and improving study material, practice questions and test content.

• Analysing student performance and providing regular feedback to improve accuracy, speed and overall scores.

• Mentoring students throughout their preparation and helping them develop effective exam strategies.

• Creating innovative teaching methods, examples and techniques to make concepts easier to understand.

• Keeping track of changing exam patterns and question types across various entrance examinations.

• Conducting workshops, seminars, doubt-solving sessions and other academic activities.

• Working closely with the academic team to maintain high standards of content and teaching.
