Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Design Development:
   • Create visually engaging and innovative designs for print, digital, and social media platforms.
   • Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for product illustrations, logos, websites, and social media content.
2. Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and project objectives.
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into effective design solutions.
3. Brand Consistency:
   • Ensure brand consistency across all company collateral and marketing materials.
   • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the company’s visual brand guidelines.
4. Software Proficiency:
   • Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to execute design projects.
5. Project Management:
   • Manage multiple design projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
   • Prioritize and organize workload efficiently.
6. Feedback Incorporation:
   • Receive feedback from team members and stakeholders and incorporate changes into design projects.
7. Stay Updated:
   • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and tools.
